Your right to erasure

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and any application data sent to NurseAndrea under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. We take this right seriously and have designed our systems to support prompt, complete data deletion.

How to request deletion

Self-service: Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This immediately schedules your account and all associated data for deletion.

Email request: Send a deletion request from the email on your account to data@nurseandrea.io with subject "Data Deletion Request". We confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When an account is deleted we permanently remove: your user profile, all team memberships, all log entries and metrics, all distributed traces and alert history, all dashboard configurations and alert rules, all integration tokens, and all notification history.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Deletion timeline

Account and user data: within 30 days of your request.

Application telemetry: within 30 days, subject to your account's rolling retention window.

Backup copies: fully removed from all backups within 37 days.

Billing records: retained for 7 years as required by law (transaction amounts and dates only — not your application data).

Automated deletion on cancellation

When your account transitions to inactive, application telemetry is automatically deleted after 30 days. Your profile is retained for 90 days to allow reactivation. After 90 days of inactivity, your full account is permanently deleted.

Facebook / Meta compliance

If you accessed NurseAndrea through a Meta-connected service, you may request deletion via data@nurseandrea.io. We confirm receipt within 48 hours and provide a deletion confirmation code within 30 days.
