Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ago AI LLC governing your use of NurseAndrea. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If using NurseAndrea on behalf of an organisation, you represent you have authority to bind it.
The service
NurseAndrea is an observability platform that collects, processes, stores, and visualises telemetry data from your applications. We provide the service on a subscription basis. Feature availability depends on your plan.
Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining security of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@nurseandrea.io if you suspect compromise.
Acceptable use
You may not use NurseAndrea to violate applicable law, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access to other users' data, place unreasonable burden on infrastructure, or resell access without a written agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Your data
You retain full ownership of all data sent to NurseAndrea. You grant Ago AI a limited non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership and will not use it beyond delivering the service.
Billing and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We provide 30 days' notice before price changes. Annual subscriptions may be refunded pro-rata within 14 days if the service has not been materially used.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime excluding planned maintenance. We provide 72 hours' notice for planned maintenance. Uptime history is published on our public status page.
Intellectual property
NurseAndrea, the Agyindawuru mark, and all brand assets are the property of Ago AI LLC. We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use NurseAndrea for your own business purposes during your subscription.
Limitation of liability
Ago AI's total liability for any claim will not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination your access ends immediately. Your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted unless earlier deletion is requested.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
